Our oil mill "Le Trésor des Oliviers" and his boutique "Cap sur les saveurs" take place in Mazan, Provence village at the foot of Mont Ventoux. 4200 olive trees blossom between Mistral and sun inside our area of 17 hectares.
Artisans millers, we pay our attention to the respect of agricultural know-how of several generations old. Involved in protecting the environment, our mill is equipped with modern equipment to produce a pure oil and quality while saving energy resources and allowing full recycling.

Throughout the year "Cap sur les saveurs" offers products made in a traditional manner, reflecting our soil of Provence.
